Violent clashes erupt across Silwan

OCCUPIED JERUSALEM, (PIC)-- Violent sporadic clashes erupted in Jerusalem's Silwan district between locals and Israeli occupation forces on Tuesday morning.
Locals said clashes continued until morning after undercover soldiers infiltrated the neighborhoods of Al-Bustan, Wadi Hulwa, and Bir Ayyub.
The sources added that more than 18 civilians sustained injuries after the soldiers fired teargas and rubber coated bullets at houses.
The Silwan district has seen almost daily clashes in light of Jewish settler attacks and undercover operations by Israeli security personnel in search of those suspected of responding to settler attacks.
